Tube Tech® SpiroSwirl™ Coil-in-Shell units feature precision-formed helical coils housed inside a robust shell, engineered to deliver superior heat transfer in compact footprints.

The swirling flow path increases turbulence, enhances thermal exchange, and minimizes fouling - making them ideal for high-performance heating, cooling, and process applications. These highly Efficient Liquid to Refrigerant Heat Exchangers can be used in any application where air or water must be heated or cooled.

Operating Parameters

Refrigerant Side:
• Max Working Pressure: 52 Bar (5.2 Mpa)
• Temperature Range: -50°C to 150°C
• Medium: R22, R134a, R407c, R410a
Water Side:
• Max Working Pressure: 32 Bar (3.2 Mpa)
• Temperature Range: -30°C to 90°C
• Medium: Domestic water, Ground water, Anti-Freeze (Glycol) water

Construction Details

Tubing: Low fin tubes with/without internal grooves as per grade SB359, IS 1545 - Cu-DHP / CuNi10Fe1 / CuNi30Mn1Fe
Shell: Carbon steel S235 or equivalent
Testing: All heat exchangers tested at up to 60 Bar test pressure after assembly
Standards: Complies with ASME Section VIII, IS 2825, EN13445
